Business credit monitoring, without the guesswork
Most owners find out what is in their credit file while sitting in front of a lender. Ruproa puts your Creditsafe and Equifax Business files in one dashboard, refreshes them monthly, and files your payment activity so the profile is being built while you watch it.

Watching a file does not make it grow.
This is the part most tools leave out. A monitoring product tells you what a bureau already holds. It does nothing to change it. A business credit file only grows when somebody files payment activity into it, and most small suppliers never do. That is how a business pays every invoice early for a year and still has a thin file.
Ruproa reports as well as reads. Your payment activity goes to Creditsafe and Equifax Business every month, so the file you are watching is the file you are building. If you want the mechanics, the tradeline guide explains what actually counts as reportable activity.
- Read: your live file from each bureau you are entitled to
- Report: your payment history filed on a monthly cycle
- Act: a checklist that names the next thing worth doing

Your file, in the terms it is written in.
Two bureau files, one view
Creditsafe and Equifax Business side by side, so you can see it when the two disagree. Your D&B file is not among them and is checked with D&B directly.
Scores on the real scale
The Equifax figure is the OneScore for Commercial, which runs 300 to 650. Knowing the range matters: a 516 reads very differently on a 300 to 650 scale than on a 0 to 100 one.
Tradelines as they post
Which vendor accounts have actually reported, and which have gone quiet. You find out that a supplier never filed anything before it costs you a year.

Common questions.
Which bureaus does Ruproa monitor?
Creditsafe and Equifax Business, with more on the way. Ruproa is not affiliated with Dun & Bradstreet and does not supply Paydex scores or DUNS numbers; those you handle with D&B directly.
Do I need a Social Security Number?
No. Ruproa onboards on your EIN. Your personal credit file is never pulled and stays separate from your business file.
Is monitoring free?
A Ruproa account is free forever and includes your dashboard, your company profile and a starter set of guides. Pulling your live bureau file is the paid step, from $19 a month. There is no free trial on any plan, so nothing switches itself on and starts charging you later.
What is the difference between monitoring and reporting?
Monitoring shows you what a bureau already holds on your business. Reporting sends your payment activity to that bureau so the file grows. Ruproa does both, which is why the profile builds while you watch it rather than only after you act.
How often does the data refresh?
Monthly. Your scores update and your payment activity is filed on the same monthly cycle, so what you see and what a lender sees stay in step.
Will this affect my personal credit?
No. Nothing here touches your consumer file. There is no personal credit pull at signup, soft or hard, and the credit profile that gets built belongs to the business.
