What's actually billed each month?
The subscription line on your invoice and nothing else. No setup fee, no per-bureau add-on, no “specialist” tier. The price you see at signup is the price on your renewal.
Do I need to put my SSN on the line?
No. You sign up with your EIN. The credit file we build belongs to your business, not to you personally.
Which credit bureaus do you report to?
Creditsafe and Equifax Business. Everything we report to is included in your plan price.
How do I cancel?
From inside the app, in two clicks. We don't require a phone call, an email to a rep, or a five-business-day notice window.
Is there a coaching upsell?
