Is my information secure on Ruproa?
- Yes. Ruproa uses industry-standard TLS encryption for all data in transit and encryption at rest for stored data. Our platform is built on Supabase with enterprise-grade security and hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Access controls, least-privilege data policies, and regular security reviews are standard operational practice.
Does Ruproa sell my data?
- No. Ruproa does not sell your personal or business data to third parties. Data shared with marketplace providers occurs only when you initiate a connection. See our full Privacy Policy at ruproa.com/privacy.
Does Ruproa store my credit card information?
- No. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Ruproa receives only a tokenized reference from Stripe, never your actual card numbers.
What data does Ruproa collect?
- Ruproa collects the business information you provide during registration (name, EIN, address, contact details), your platform activity, and business credit data retrieved from bureaus on your behalf. How do I delete my account?
- Go to Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account, or contact service@ruproa.com. Requests are processed per our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes as outlined in the Policy.
What is Ruproa's compliance framework?
- Ruproa is PCI-DSS SAQ A compliant (Stripe handles all card data). We comply with applicable U.S. privacy regulations including CCPA. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are published at ruproa.com/terms and ruproa.com/privacy.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your account data is retained for a period following cancellation in case you return. You can request full deletion of your data at any time by contacting service@ruproa.com. All requests are handled per our Privacy Policy.
